Each faction comes with new mechanics, statistics and contacts for its members, advice for GMs on creating faction-specific stories, and specialized faction equipment.

Intercontinental Adventures: Factions in Action Vol. 2 requires the G.I. JOE Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook to use. The Cobra Codex Sourcebook is not required, but strongly recommended for those engaging in cartoon villainy.
