Battle of Midway, the first expansion of Fighters of the Pacific, offers all you need to recreate the famous battle in the Pacific Ocean. This is a series of scenarios that reproduce the key stages of a major World War II battle in the Pacific.

June 1942, Admiral Yamamoto, Commander-in-Chief of the Japanese Navy, is confident and aims to deal a decisive blow to the American fleet in the Pacific. A month earlier, the Japanese fleet had achieved its first victory by disabling two American aircraft carriers in the Battle of the Coral Sea.

The Battle of Midway was a decisive American victory and marked the turning point of the war in the Pacific.

In the box you can find enough tokens to complete the core game so you can have all the forces present in this battle, including the aircrafts at the base on Midway Island. This includes 3 new American aircraft models, the old F2A Buffalo fighter, the B-26 Marauder bomber that launched the very first counterattack on the Japanese forces, and some brand new TBF Avengers. Most importantly, this expansion includes 5 scenarios to experience one of the most unpredictable and decisive battles of the war.
