Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products.
May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.
Introduced as the new standard upper surface color of Luftwaffe aircraft in the summer of 1944. This dark green version is based on one of the three officially approved formulas to be used depending on the available component supply of a particular paint manufacturer.
In the past this color was erroneously identified as RLM 83 by some researchers.
